Estate Base Cloud purchase terms

Your software subscription per estate: trial, billing, cancellation and getting started together.

Provider and ordering

Your contracting party is DigitAI Solutions LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Contact: hello@estatebasecloud.com. Order only if authorised to represent your estate or organisation. Checkout is provided by Stripe and shows the selected plan, currency and recurring total before you confirm.

Service and plan

You receive your own estate with a separate database and the published core features. Each subscription covers one estate: Small up to 12 homes, Growing up to 40, Large unlimited. Residential plots count; parking spaces and commercial units do not. If you exceed your allowance, we agree the appropriate plan with you. Maya through the OpenAI connection provided by Estate includes 20 voice minutes, 20 image analyses and 200 successful individual text/audio requests per customer account and calendar month, shared across estates billed through that account. Separate AI providers, bank accounts and execution of bank transfers are not included.

Optional AI allowances

Authorised administrators purchase in Maya: AI Plus with 100 additional voice minutes and 100 image analyses for 10 USD monthly; one-off 50 voice minutes for 5 USD or 100 image analyses for 5 USD. Add-ons are billed separately in USD, also with EUR software plans; prices include applicable taxes. AI Plus starts without a separate trial and renews monthly until cancelled through AI subscription management. Top-ups last twelve months from activation. Flexible AI credit is available for USD 10, 25, 50 or 100: USD 0.10 per voice minute, USD 0.05 per image analysis and USD 0.02 per successful individual text/audio request. Each purchase keeps its own expiry date. Included allowance renews on the first day of the calendar month in the Mauritius time zone; AI Plus follows its paid monthly billing period. Unused units expire at the end of the respective period. No automatic top-ups or overage bills. 30-day trial and automatic renewal

Your trial starts when Stripe checkout is completed and lasts 30 days. A payment card is required. Afterwards the total shown at checkout is charged in advance each month or year. Annual plans charge the whole year at once; the monthly equivalent is not a monthly instalment. Displayed prices include any applicable taxes. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

Optional Product Partner

You can explicitly add Product Partner to a USD plan at initial checkout or purchase it later as an administrator from your account. It costs an additional USD 99 per month for one estate. When bought together with an annual plan, Product Partner is billed at USD 1,188 per year after the shared 30-day trial; this is equivalent to USD 99 per month but is not a monthly instalment. A later purchase creates a separate monthly subscription without another trial; Stripe shows the amount due before confirmation. You receive a direct contact and may submit sensible product ideas and receive at least one scoped, agreed wish feature per paid month, without an hourly allowance. We work through agreed, product-fitting improvements one at a time. Feasibility, priority and target dates are agreed for each request; immediate or parallel delivery is not promised. We move all your existing data to Estate Base Cloud free of charge. Together we review the transfer, mapping and completeness. Exclusive custom solutions, third-party services and additional training are quoted separately when needed. Manage or cancel the separate monthly subscription in the Stripe portal. If you bought Product Partner together with the software plan and want to change or end only the add-on, contact us; cancelling the combined subscription in the portal would also affect the software plan.

Cancellation and help

Cancel at any time using Manage subscription in the application, which opens the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing hello@estatebasecloud.com. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid subscription charges. Afterwards cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period and stops automatic renewal. Statutory refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected. If setup fails, do not order again: we will recover your existing order.

Onboarding and data protection

You can book the 30-day trial directly; it starts when checkout is completed. Then choose your own address and basic settings. Your initially empty estate is provisioned and the access link is emailed. We migrate all your existing data free of charge and review completeness, opening balances, roles and your first real management workflow together. Before transferring personal records, we agree responsibilities, data processing terms, hosting, backup and data return in writing. Product Partner is not required for this guidance. Additional training and exclusive custom solutions are quoted separately when needed. Professional approval of accounts remains with the responsible people.

Data at the end of the contract

Cancellation does not immediately delete your data. Request return or export at hello@estatebasecloud.com. Scope, format, retention and deletion are agreed in the data processing terms; statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Where a statutory consumer withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement with your name, order date and reference to hello@estatebasecloud.com or the postal address above. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. Payments received will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. The 30-day trial does not restrict this right. Suggested notice: “I withdraw from my Estate Base Cloud contract, ordered on …, name …, address …, date …”.
