This page explains in plain words what happens to the data you enter here. It covers estatebasecloud.com — not the Estate Base Cloud software itself, which each community operates on its own account.

What this site receives from you

If you just read: only what every web server logs — shortened IP address, time and page requested. The site sets no optional analytics or advertising cookies and therefore does not present a consent banner.

If you write to us

We receive whatever you put in the message: name, email address, estate and your enquiry. We use it to reply and to keep track of the conversation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Where the data goes

To servers in Germany. The message also lands in our own project and customer system, which we operate ourselves. We pass nothing to ad networks, data brokers or analytics services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted three years after the last contact, unless tax retention periods say otherwise. Server logs after seven days.

Fonts and icons come from us

No Google Fonts, no CDN, no embedded video. Everything this page loads sits on the same server — your browser talks to nobody else.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email to hello@estatebasecloud.com is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.

Not covered by this page

The Estate Base Cloud software itself is operated by each community on its own account, with its own database. How statements and shares are handled there is explained on the „Data & GDPR" page — and in the data processing agreement each community signs with us.
