This page explains in plain words what happens to the data you enter here. It covers estatebasecloud.com — not the Estate Base Cloud software itself, which each community operates on its own account.

What this site receives from you
No analytics or advertising cookies are set without your optional measurement consent.
If you write to us
We receive whatever you put in the message: name, email address, estate and your enquiry. We use it to reply and to keep track of the conversation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Orders and subscriptions
When you choose a plan, you move to Stripe. Stripe processes contact, billing and payment details for checkout, recurring payments and the customer portal. We receive the order reference, selected plan, customer and subscription identifiers, name and email to provision your estate. We do not store full card details. Processing is based on performance of the contract and legal duties (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Stripe also processes data outside the EU; its privacy and transfer information is at https://stripe.com/privacy. Order and invoice records are retained for applicable statutory periods.
Where the data goes
Contact enquiries are handled in our own systems. Form answers and contact details are not sent to Microsoft Advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted three years after the last contact, unless tax retention periods say otherwise. Server logs after seven days.
Fonts and icons come from us
Fonts, images and the product film are hosted on our own server. Simply visiting this site does not load Stripe content. When you open a purchase or subscription-management link, Stripe’s processing notices also apply.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email to hello@estatebasecloud.com is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
Not covered by this page
The Estate Base Cloud software itself is operated by each community on its own account, with its own database. How statements and shares are handled there is explained on the „Data & GDPR" page — and in the data processing agreement each community signs with us.
Public AI assistant and voice
The optional website assistant uses OpenAI to answer product questions. Only after your choice and confirmation are entered messages, a limited conversation history, language and selected property country transmitted. A voice conversation that you start sends microphone audio to OpenAI over WebRTC. Microphone access ends when you stop or close it. The assistant receives no estate customer records. Our application does not retain a permanent conversation history; usage limits use temporary counters and an IP-address hash. Providers may process data under their own terms; see https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/your-data. Do not enter sensitive tenant, identity or bank data. The FAQ and email contact remain available without AI. If you choose to review an enquiry, the conversation is analysed to prepare a summary; that preview expires after 30 minutes. Only when you expressly submit a personal follow-up request are your reviewed summary, supporting needs statements and contact details stored privately, forwarded to the DigitAI CRM and emailed to Chris. A CRM or email failure leaves the saved request available for review. Contact hello@estatebasecloud.com about your request or data rights.
Optional advertising measurement
Only with your permission, Microsoft Advertising UET records page views, enquiry steps, technical errors and confirmed enquiry receipts to measure advertising results. We send the brand and step names, not form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers. Microsoft also receives technical connection data and may use UET identifiers. We do not activate Clarity or session recordings. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. With consent, approved campaign identifiers and the Microsoft click identifier are retained in this tab for up to 24 hours. You can withdraw through Privacy settings in the footer; new measurement then stops and our attribution storage and UET cookies are removed. Without consent, the enquiry still works.
